We offer various licensing options including subscriptions, trials, promotional discounts, and free licenses through authorized giveaways. This software is provided for research and educational purposes only. We are not affiliated with any game software or related entities. By using Wave, you agree that you are solely responsible for how you use this software. Wave does not endorse or encourage violation of copyright, terms of service, or any illegal activities.

User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You use Wave at your own risk for research and educational purposes only
• You are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of the software
• Wave is not responsible for violations of third-party terms of service or legal issues
• We do not encourage or support activities that violate copyright or intellectual property laws

Account and License

• You must purchase a license key from an authorized reseller to use Wave
• License keys are non-transferable and tied to your device
• Sharing, reselling, or distributing your license is strictly prohibited
• One license is valid for one device at a time

Subscription and Renewals

License subscriptions are NOT automatically renewed. You must purchase new license keys to continue using Wave after your current license expires. License keys can be stacked, extending your total subscription time. During software updates or maintenance, active subscriptions may be paused to ensure fair time allocation.

Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to crack, reverse engineer, or bypass our licensing system
• Distributing cracked or pirated versions of Wave
• Using Wave for malicious purposes or to harm others
• Account sharing or unauthorized access

Enforcement and Blacklist

Users who violate these terms, especially those attempting to crack or distribute unauthorized copies, will be permanently blacklisted from our service. Blacklisted users will have their licenses revoked without refund and will be prohibited from purchasing future licenses.

Payment and Refunds

• All payments are processed through authorized resellers
• Wave does not handle payments or refunds directly
• Refund requests must be submitted to the reseller you purchased from according to their refund policy
• Each reseller maintains their own terms of service and refund policies
• No refunds for blacklisted or banned accounts

Service Availability and Termination

While we strive for 99.99% uptime, Wave is provided "as is" without guarantees. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. In the event of service termination, no refunds will be provided for remaining subscription time.

Limitation of Liability

Wave is not responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of the software, including but not limited to account bans, violations of third-party terms of service, or legal issues. You use this software at your own risk.
