License Agreement

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this agreement, Wave grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our game script executor software for research and educational purposes only. This software is not affiliated with any game or related entities. You are solely responsible for how you use this software.

License Types

• Subscription License: Time-based access requiring new key purchases (not auto-renewed)
• Trial License: Limited-time promotional access
• Discounted License: Special pricing during promotional periods
• Giveaway License: Free license from authorized giveaways

License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of Wave
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense your license
• Use the software for commercial purposes without authorization
• Bypass or circumvent any licensing or security features

License Activation

Each license key is unique and can only be activated on one device at a time. Attempting to use the same license on multiple devices simultaneously will result in automatic deactivation and potential blacklisting.

License Stacking and Pausing

Multiple license keys can be stacked on the same account to extend your subscription time. During software updates or maintenance periods, active subscriptions will be paused to ensure you receive the full value of your license time.

License Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke your license if you:

• Violate any terms of this agreement
• Attempt to crack or distribute unauthorized copies
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Use the software for malicious purposes

Revoked licenses are not eligible for refunds. Blacklisted users cannot purchase future licenses from any authorized reseller.

Intellectual Property

Wave and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the exclusive property of Wave. This license does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited use described herein.

Updates and Modifications

We may update the software and this license agreement at any time. Continued use of Wave after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.
